GENERAL INFORMATION

Accommodation 

1. Students will stay in the Wycombe School dormitory during the music course. Rooms are for 1-4 people with shared bathroom.

2. Dormitory areas are equipped with laundry rooms, small kitchens, seating areas, TVs, and WIFI.

3. The school is equipped with game tables, tennis courts, swimming pool, and outdoor football spaces for students to exercise.

4. There will be guidance and care from pastoral teachers throughout the camp.

5. If parents require accommodation, they will stay at the Hilton Doubletree Hotel, a four-star hotel within 30 minutes’ drive from the school.

Food

1. During the music course, the school provides nutritious buffet meals, as well as morning & afternoon tea for students and staff.
    

2. Accompanying parents’ accommodation includes hotel buffet breakfast.
    

3. All food allergy issues will be covered in the contract.

Transportation

1. High Wycombe is about 35 miles west of London and 30 miles east of Oxford. It is easily accessible with excellent transport links, 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport and 90 from Gatwick Airport by road. It is less than a mile from Junction 4 of the M40.
    

2. High Wycombe railway station is five minutes' walk from the School. There is a regular rail service to/from London Marylebone - book tickets through Chiltern Railways website.
    

3. Alternatively, taxis are available outside the station.

Safety

1. Sherry Music Academy purchases travel insurance for all students and/or parents.
    

2. All teachers in the camp have DBS check.
    

3. The swimming pool is equipped with professional lifeguards to ensure the safety of students.
