SHERRY YOUTH CHAMBER ORCHESTRA

We are an all-string chamber orchestra with a limit of 30 selected students for a year-long program. Our training will focus on building chamber orchestra playing skills, including small ensembles, quartets, trios, and solo performance with orchestra accompaniment. Performing the music of friends in a family atmosphere will help you grow and develop both personally and musically!

There will be 4 projects over the year, each of will be an intensive preparation leading to a concert performance.  The year’s program will build up to a gala concert in a prestigious central London venue.

You will play alongside top professionals, and for each session we will invite RCM professors and heads of department from the elite schools to provide you with masterclasses and advanced-level coaching. Our music includes standard repertoire and traditional music, as well as pop, rock, film and musical scores re-written for string orchestra.

Be a part of London’s most innovative and exciting youth orchestra!
