WHO WE ARE
We started in March 2021 as Sherry Music Family with our first concert that summer on Zoom.
Since then we have grown to become Sherry Music Academy, a charitable music education project with an international flavour, committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects.
Our mission: to build a vibrant community of young musicians who are empowered, creative, and dedicated to sharing the joys of music with the world.​​
WHAT WE DO

Youth Chamber Orchestra - a yearly cycle of training workshops, masterclasses from leading conservatoire professors, and quarterly performances in local and central London venues

Music Summer Schools at leading UK educational venues such as the Yehudi Menuhin School and Wycombe Abbey, bringing together international groups for training, masteclasses and gala concerts

Community activities - Volunteering to bring the health and education benefits of music’s “Mozart Effect” to schools and the wider community, and incorporating intercultural activites into our musical events

Jazz Cafe, bringing the community together while creating career pathways for young professional musicians
